When you call us about a reservation, we will require the following information:

 

  • Your name

  • Telephone:  Home or cell phone number where you can be reached

  • Number of people in your party:  Number of adults, number of children between 6 and 17 years of age. (Children under 6 are free.)

  • Description of your unit:  Length, number of slide outs, towing a vehicle

  • Hookup type you'll need: None, power/water only, or full

  • Bringing any pets?

  • Arrival date

  • Departure date

 

Cancellations

 

We require cancellation notice 24 hours prior to arrival, except during the Calgary Exhibition and Stampede, when cancellation is required by June 1.
